Angel in reverie

This angel is dreaming of what it is possible. We don’t know what it is but can only imagine. Its world is separate from our own and we are only allowed a glimpse of her/ him in whatever state it is that’s different from our own. This is made apparent by the many layers of veils we look through to finally see the angelic world. The divine illumination of its dream is displayed in the gold leaf around its head.
